The size of the pre-treatment tunnel gives an indication of the enormous proportion taken on by the new powder coating installation for Renson. And the ovens are quite something as well. Not only in terms of size, but also in their technological ingenuity. The muffle oven has energy recovery and both ovens have a fully automatic temperature control with the temperature always uniformly distributed throughout the ovens – creating an impressive powder coating result.

• Material processing: The ovens can dry and cure 6300 kg of aluminum every hour

• Air circulation capability:
  • Drying oven:
    • Circulation capacity: 75,000m³/h
    • Air displacement of the locks: 70,000m³/h
    • Total air displacement capacity: 145,000m³/h
  • Muffle oven:
    • Circulation capacity: 100,000m³/h
    • Air displacement of the locks: 70,000m³/h
    • Total air displacement capacity: 170,000m³/h
  • Total Air Displacement: 315,000m³/h
    → This is sufficient air flow to extract ALL air from an indoor football stadium every hour

• Burner power:
  • Drying oven: 450kW
  • Muffle oven: 900kW
  • Total: 1350kW
    → This is the equivalent to the gas connection of 27 families together.
