- a 6-stage pretreatment tunnel in stainless steel 316, with vapour recovery and blow-off section;
- 100% electric drying and curing ovens; the curing oven is A-shaped, with rising and falling sections, to limit heat losses;
- an automatic powder booth in double-walled PVC, with 100% powder recovery;
- fully automatic powder coating equipment with horizontal and vertical reciprocators;
- a continuous conveyor;
- extensive automation, fully tailored to the customer.
