- First PP pretreatment tunnel in Germany
- Hybrid ovens — electricity or propane, hydrogen-ready
- Double-gate airlock — minimal temperature drop
- Heat cascade — curing-oven waste heat feeds drying oven (95°C) and pretreatment baths
- UNICoater — full digitisation, remote control via smartphone
Result: after one year — fully booked, two-shift, 15 employees, storage expanded twice.

- Full replacement of 35-year-old ovens in one month (mid-Dec 2023 → 1 Feb 2024)
- Hybrid — 100% gas or 100% electric, infinitely adjustable
- A-cap airlock at curing-oven entry; heat exchange between ovens and workpieces; extremely flat oven curve
Results: gas cut by a factor of 20; 200°C → 180°C; solar expansion → 100% electric, zero-emission.

- Five new high-efficiency burner chambers + new reinforced air-distribution floor
- All airlocks renewed + electrical modifications
Results: burner capacity −30–40%; heat-up time 2h → 30min; far more uniform temperature.
