A complex assignment
The modernisation included:
- five new high-efficiency burner chambers;
- a completely new, reinforced air distribution floor;
- renewal of all airlock systems;
- all related electrical modifications.
The result
- Energy consumption dropped so much that burner capacity could be reduced by 30–40%.
- Heat-up time improved from over 2 hours to just 30 minutes.
- Temperature distribution is now extremely uniform, directly enhancing product quality.
