Frequently asked questions
What does a service contract include?
Scheduled preventive maintenance visits, priority for interventions and spare parts, remote monitoring with early warning via UNICoater, and training for your operators. Every contract is tailored to the size of your line and to what downtime costs you.
How quickly is your service team on site?
Usually the same day. We have our own service team in Belgium, the Netherlands and France. In other countries we work with local partners. Many faults are solved immediately through remote diagnostics.
What is the ESTEE Diagnosis Report?
A technical expert checks your installation on 32 objective points. You receive a clear report with recommendations to avoid unexpected downtime, operate safely, improve efficiency and plan maintenance and investments.
Do you also service oven burners?
Yes. A G2-certified technician checks not only the burner but the entire installation, and can service the booth and other equipment during the same visit. That saves an extra trip.
Can an existing installation be modernised?
Yes. One example: at Van Merksteijn Fences we renewed the burner chambers, the air distribution and the air locks. Burner capacity was reduced by 30 to 40%, and heat-up time dropped from over 2 hours to 30 minutes. We have also carried out several electrification projects on existing ovens.
Which training courses do you offer?
On-site training, both theoretical and practical: powder gun settings, preventive maintenance, safe powder coating and the use of ovens and oven curves.
Do you also service installations from other manufacturers?
Certainly, although we recommend starting with a diagnosis of the existing installation using our ESTEE Diagnosis Report. That way we immediately know where we stand.
How quickly are spare parts available?
We keep an extensive stock of fast-moving and critical parts.
