From loyal customer to its own job coating company
G&D Construct has been a loyal ESTEE customer for years. When the company decided to expand its powder coating activities and set up SaBimetal as a dedicated job coater, the choice was quickly made: ESTEE again for the complete installation.
The new line
- a curing oven 11 m long, 5 m wide and 5 m high;
- a powder booth with horizontal extraction;
- a transfer rail system.
Everything was developed and produced in-house, as always.
At full capacity within 2 to 3 months
What makes this project extra special is the speed of its success: just 2 to 3 months after start-up, the line is already running at full capacity.
