For CNH Industrial, ESTEE Coating Solutions completed two projects in 2023: a new manual powder booth in Zedelgem (Belgium) and the conversion of an existing wet paint booth into a powder booth in Croix (France).

Zedelgem: a new manual booth
- booth in PPs, flame-retardant polypropylene according to DIN 4102 B1;
- dimensions: 6 m long, 4 m wide and 4.7 m high;
- design fully compliant with European standard EN 16985;
- cyclone, filter and fan with an extraction capacity of 26,000 m³/h;
- powder coating equipment from J. Wagner GmbH;
- control cabinet with Industry 4.0 energy metering.
Croix: from wet paint to powder in 3 weeks
In Croix, ESTEE converted the existing wet paint booth into a manual powder booth with vertical extraction, within the limits of the existing building and in just three weeks.
- a 12 × 5 m extraction floor with 60 independently adjustable hoppers, an exclusive ESTEE design, for perfectly homogeneous airflow according to EN 16985;
- a dual extraction system with high-efficiency cyclone, Donaldson filter and energy-efficient fan, together 64,000 m³/h;
- a Wagner PrimaCenter powder centre and a big-bag station for fresh powder.
