NanoMetal (Kosovo): ESTEE is general contractor for a new power & free powder coating line

NanoMetal SH.P.K. is building a new powder coating plant in Kosovo. As general contractor, ESTEE Coating Solutions delivers the complete installation, from pretreatment to application. Construction starts in October 2026; the official opening is planned for 2027.

One of the most advanced power & free installations in Europe

With this investment, NanoMetal wants to set a new standard for powder coating in Kosovo and the wider region. Together with Louis Schierholz GmbH, the builder of the conveyor system, ESTEE is realising a power & free installation that, according to NanoMetal, will be among the most advanced in Europe.

The installation includes:

• a highly automated pretreatment process;
• energy-efficient oven technology;
• premium powder coating application technology;
• intelligent automation;
• the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

One point of contact for the entire project

As general contractor, ESTEE coordinates the complete powder coating installation together with trusted partners. For the pretreatment chemistry, NanoMetal chose DOK-Chemie GmbH, for outstanding coating quality and long-term corrosion protection. Alongside owner Robert Gojani, FATI Group, Ritek and 3Angles Group L.L.C. are partners in the project.

Next step: works begin

Preparatory works are now starting in the new production hall. In the coming weeks the first technical installations will be prepared, and step by step it will become visible what is being built here. We are convinced this project will become a strong reference for surface treatment and powder coating in the region.
