At Hegge in Hamont-Achel, ESTEE built a unique semi-automatic concept in 2006: maximum automation and flexibility on a compact floor area, without the high investment of a Power & Free conveyor system.

Automatically through the baths and the booth
After loading, the beams pass automatically through the pretreatment bath line and then through the automatic powder booth.
A cassette through the curing oven
Transport through the curing oven is done with a cassette. Parts can also be coated in a manual booth with vertical extraction.
