For a customer, ESTEE developed a system with two air locks in series at the entrance of the curing oven. The result: energy losses reduced to almost zero.

How it works
The first lock has no ventilation, so the powder stays undisturbed on the parts. The second lock uses active lock ventilation. With a cycle time of just 2 minutes, this design provides near-perfect thermal insulation: hardly any warm air escapes and hardly any cold air enters.
