Pulsion Alu makes custom aluminium gates in Douai, in northern France. ESTEE Coating Solutions designed a completely new powder coating line, with a 33-metre chemical pretreatment tunnel as its centrepiece.

A tunnel for 14-metre parts
The pretreatment tunnel is designed for a part length of 14 metres and has the following features:
- compliant with the site permit;
- tri-metal degreaser, four rinses and chemical conversion;
- zero liquid discharge.
