Cet été, ESTEE Coating Solutions a converti avec succès la cabine de peinture liquide existante de CNH Industrial – Croix (FR), en une cabine de poudrage manuel avec aspiration verticale.

Quelques spécifications :
– Construction d’un plancher d’aspiration de 12m x 5m, avec 60 trémies réglables indépendamment (conception exclusive d’ESTEE !) pour une parfaite homogénéité de l’air, conformément à la norme européenne EN16985 ;
– Système d’aspiration double avec cyclone à haute efficacité, filtre Donaldson et ventilateur à faible consommation d’énergie, pour un total de 64 000 m³/h ;
– Centre de poudrage autonome PrimaCenter de J. Wagner GmbH et station de big-bag de poudre fraîche ;
– Installation dans les limites du bâtiment existant, avec les contraintes d’un espace restreint, le tout en 3 semaines.

This summer, ESTEE Coating Solutions successfully converted the existing liquid paint booth at CNH Industrial – Croix (FR), into a manual powder coating booth with vertical suction.

Some specifications:
– Construction of a 12m x 5m suction floor, with 60 independently adjustable hoppers (ESTEE’s exclusive design!) for perfect air homogeneity, in compliance with European standard EN16985 ;
– Dual suction system with high-efficiency cyclone, Donaldson filter and energy-efficient fan, for a total of 64,000 m³/h;
– J. Wagner GmbH PrimaCenter stand-alone powder center and fresh powder big-bag station;
– Installation within the confines of the existing building, with the constraints of limited space, all in 3 weeks.

Deze zomer heeft ESTEE Coating Solutions met succes de bestaande vloeibare verfcabine bij CNH Industrial – Croix (FR) omgebouwd tot een handmatige poedercabine met verticale afzuiging.

Enkele specificaties:
– Constructie van een 12m x 5m afzuigvloer, met 60 onafhankelijk regelbare hoppers (ESTEE’s exclusieve ontwerp!) voor perfecte luchthomogeniteit, in overeenstemming met de Europese norm EN16985 ;
– Dubbel aanzuigsysteem met cycloon met hoog rendement, Donaldson filter en energie-efficiënte ventilator, voor een totaal van 64.000 m³/h;
– J. Wagner GmbH PrimaCenter stand-alone poedercentrum en big-bag station voor vers poeder;
– Installatie binnen de grenzen van het bestaande gebouw, met de beperkingen van beperkte ruimte, alles in 3 weken.
