Un tunnel de pulvérisation est un processus continu de prétraitement dans lequel le produit est pulvérisé en différentes étapes. Un tunnel de pulvérisation continu garantit un minimum de transfert de produit chimique ou d’eau d’une étape à l’autre : chaque partie du tunnel est réservée à un seul produit chimique. Les tunnels de pulvérisation Step & Go ou Monospace sont des variantes plus compactes dans lesquelles la pièce peut être pulvérisé par plusieurs produits au cours de la même phase de tunnel. Les tunnels de pulvérisation ESTEE sont fabriqués à la fois en polypropylène et en acier inoxydable. Grâce au choix judicieux des composants (pompes, capteurs, ventilateurs d’extraction et unités de chauffage), chaque tunnel de pulvérisation ESTEE est qualitatif, économe en énergie et fiable.
