Chez P.I.B. – Raismes (FR), ESTEE Coating Solutions a installé avec succès une nouvelle installation manuelle de peinture en poudre.
Tous les composants sont fabriqués à 100% dans notre atelier de Meulebeke (BE).

Quelques spécifications :
– Dimensions de la pièce : L 6500mm x H 2500mm x L 500mm ;
– Cabine avec aspiration horizontale de 20.000 m³/h, équipée d’un système de détection d’incendie STS ;
– Équipement manuel de revêtement par poudre de J. Wagner GmbH ;
– Four de séchage à chambre avec doubles portes tournantes ;
– Système transfrontalier de Railtechniek van Herwijnen BV.

Alle onderdelen worden 100% in-house vervaardigd in ons atelier in Meulebeke (BE).

– Afmetingen werkstuk: L 6500mm x H 2500mm x B 500mm;
– Cabine met horizontale afzuiging van 20.000 m³/u, uitgerust met een STS-branddetectiesysteem;
– Handmatige poedercoatapparatuur van J. Wagner GmbH;
– Kameruithardingsoven met dubbele draaideuren;
