Quality Control
A quality certificate that is linked to each
product, and can be written away to the customer’s database.
We attach a digital quality passport to each traverse beam. On the one hand, this contains the information assigned to the beam by the customer, such as order numbers, article numbers, recipe of chemical pre-treatment and desired powder type.
On the other hand, we add crucial quality parameters to the passport throughout the process, such as PH and conductivities of baths, temperatures of baths and ovens, spraying times, baking times, etc.
