Manual powder cabin for CNH Industrial – Croix (FR)
with vertical extraction
This summer, ESTEE Coating Solutions successfully converted the existing liquid paint booth at CNH Industrial – Croix (FR) into a manual powder booth with vertical extraction.
Some specifications:
- Construction of a 12m x 5m extraction floor, with 60 independently adjustable hoppers (ESTEE’s exclusive design!) for perfect air homogeneity, in compliance with European standard EN16985 ;
- Double suction system with high-efficiency cyclone, Donaldson filter and energy-efficient fan, for a total of 64,000 m³/h;
- J. Wagner GmbH PrimaCenter stand-alone powder centre and big-bag station for fresh powder;
- Installation within the confines of the existing building, with the constraints of limited space, all in 3 weeks.
