At P.I.B. – Raismes (FR), ESTEE Coating Solutions has successfully installed a new manual powder coating installation.
All components are 100% manufactured in-house in our atelier in Meulebeke (BE).
Some specifications:
– Workpiece dimensions: L 6500mm x H 2500mm x W 500mm;
– Booth with horizontal suction of 20.000 m³/h, equipped with an STS fire detection system;
– Manual powder coating equipment from J. Wagner GmbH;
– Chamber curing oven with double revolving doors;
– Transborder system from Railtechniek van Herwijnen BV.
