PRETREATMENT TUNNELS
For a continuous pre-treatment of your product.
A spray tunnel is a continuous pre-treatment process in which the workpiece is sprayed in different stages. In a continuous spray tunnel, a minimal amount of chemicals or water is transferred from one phase to the other; in this case each part of the tunnel is reserved for 1 product. The Step & Go or Monospace spray tunnels are more compact variants, in which the workpiece can be sprayed by several products in the same tunnel phase. An ESTEE spray tunnel can be produced in both polypropylene and stainless steel. Thanks to the right choice of components (such as pumps, sensors, extraction fans and heating units) every ESTEE spray tunnel is qualitative, energy efficient and reliable.
