DRYING OVEN AFTER PRETREATMENT BATH

In a drying oven after dip baths, the basket of products is loaded vertically into the oven compartment via an overhead crane, after which the oven door is automatically closed. The duration of drying depends on the applied temperature and the mass and geometry of the products to be dried.

ESTEE ovens are equipped with a colour touch screen on which all important parameters can be checked and read, such as e.g. oven temperature, combustion chamber temperature, frequency of inverter-driven fans, possible alarms.

ESTEE ovens are also particularly energy-efficient: Thanks to the modulating gas burners, output and heat demand are precisely matched to each other. The high-efficiency fan ensures that the heat is uniformly distributed throughout the oven.
