Wagner IPS at Renson

WAGNER’s IPS Coating center is a highly innovative system that accommodates powder preparation, feeding, dosing and colour change in a closed and fully automated system. Thanks to a unique powder feeding system, consistently high coating results are achieved over a much longer period than conventional powder centres on the market.
The result is a ground-breaking product that sets a new standard in terms of productivity, quality and user comfort.

Renson has opted for the IPS system because it allows profiles to be painted automatically without manual touch-up. In addition, the automatic colour change system allows color changes to be done consistently in the same way. Thanks to this automation of paints and colour change, human errors are kept to a minimum, and operational reliability and final quality are assured.

ESTEE has already started a similar innovative system at Multilaque in Le Mans, France in April 2019 with the same excellent results.
