UNI-Recovery heat-pump system
The next step to a CO₂-neutral line. Using heat-pump technology, UNI-Recovery converts previously lost heat — from workpieces, rails and traverse beams — into useful heat for pretreatment baths, sanitary hot water or office heating.

Heat recovery from workpieces
Hot workpieces, rails and traverse beams leave the curing oven full of usable heat. Cooling zones capture it and return it into useful heat — instead of dumping it into the production hall.

Curing-to-pretreatment heat recovery
The flue-gas energy left in the curing oven doesn’t have to go up the stack. We route it straight to the pretreatment baths — free energy, easily reused, with attractive paybacks.

Flexible exhaust mechanism
Oven exhaust is traditionally fixed — which is a continuous waste of energy. UNICoater takes it to the next level: the exhaust is regulated live to the actual amount of water vapour in the drying oven and curing gas in the curing oven. You extract exactly what’s needed, never more.

Multi-door mechanism for continuous ovens
On continuous ovens with large door openings — running Power & Free — even high-efficiency air locks aren’t enough to hold the heat inside. So we apply a sophisticated multi-door mechanism instead. The results are remarkable: heat stays where it belongs, on a line that never stops moving.

Hybrid ovens
Gas + electric in a single chamber — 100% either way, for reliability and lowest running cost with peak shaving. A unique ESTEE control algorithm keeps temperature uniform without overloading the grid.

Vapour heat recovery
The energy losses in pretreatment are easy to underestimate. Our vapour heat recovery system captures the energy left in the chemical vapours and puts it back to work — while keeping coating quality high and the working environment healthy.
