REDUCTION OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION THANKS TO OPTIMIZATION OF THE SUCTION IMAGE

Our engineers optimized the extraction image over the filter cartridges with 3D simulations. This ensures a more uniform powder distribution over the filters, which in turn greatly reduces the required extraction rate and consequently also the energy consumption of the fan.
At ESTEE Coating Solutions we always use Donaldson Ultraweb filter cartridges, as these give the best results in the market in terms of filter performance, pressure drop and lifespan.

BETTER PERFORMANCE AND LIFE OF FILTER CARTRIDGES

The cleaning function of the filter cartridges has also been optimized, which benefits the optimal functioning and service life of the filter cartridges.

SERVICE-FRIENDLY

Special attention has been paid to the service-friendliness of the installation: filter cartridges and blow-off valves are easily accessible through specially provided service hatches.

ILLUMINATION INSIDE THE BOOTH

The lighting in the cabin is equipped with LED tiles, integrated in the roof of the cabin. With this we more than achieve the 750 lux light intensity as prescribed in the European EN16985: 2019 standard. This significantly increases the comfort for the powder coating.

AIRFLOW CERTIFICATE

Upon completion of the installation, the air flow over the cabin is measured by our team of service technicians. You will receive a certificate.
