NEW POWDER COATING INSTALLATION FOR RENSON

Renson is a dynamic family business that develops and produces ventilation solutions, solar shading and façade cladding.
As part of their ambitious growth plans, they signed for a state-of-the-art powder coating installation from ESTEE Coating Solutions.
The powder coating line will be built in the brand new production hall on the E17 highway and will include a pre-treatment tunnel of no less than 170m (!) long. In addition, two pieces of the most advanced coating centres on the market were chosen: the Wagner IPS. This patented system guarantees extremely high productivity, consistently high quality and fully automated colour changes.
We asked our engineers to make some 3D drawings. You certainly cannot overlook the enormous size of this project!
We will soon start with the first phase: the installation of the pre-treatment tunnel.
