CURING OVENS

The final coating result is obtained by allowing the powder to polymerise in a curing oven. ESTEE designs, builds and installs a wide range of curing ovens, always 100% adapted to the product. In the case of smaller powder coating lines, this is typically a chamber oven, in which the workpiece is manually fed into the oven. In the case of fully automatic installations, a continuous furnace is normally chosen. Depending on the layout of the installation, this is an oven in line, in U-shape or in Z-shape.
As a curing oven typically operates at higher temperatures (over 180 ° C), ESTEE decisively opts for energy-efficient solutions, such as heat recovery, modulating burners and ultra-insulating oven panels.
