CONTINUOUS OVEN
In the case of a continuous oven, the product is placed in the curing oven through a conveyor system. Depending on the layout of the installation, this is an oven in line, in U-shape or in Z-shape.
ESTEE ovens are equipped with a colour touch screen on which all important parameters can be checked and read, such as e.g. oven temperature, combustion chamber temperature, frequency of inverter-driven fans, possible alarms.
ESTEE ovens are also particularly energy-efficient: Thanks to the modulating gas burners, output and heat demand are precisely matched to each other. The high-efficiency fan ensures that the heat is distributed uniformly over the oven.
