CATALYTIC INFRARED OVENS
The catalytic infrared oven consists of heating panels in which an oxidation reaction takes place by making use of an electrically preheated catalyst. With the released radiant heat, the powder is pre-cured on the product, so that colour contamination can be avoided. The power of the panels can be modulated from the central control screen.
The infrared panels are integrated in a robust construction with mirror inox on the inside: allowing maximum reflection and minimal absorption of heat rays with an easy to maintain housing on the outside.
