The quality, cost and performance of a powder coating installation are determined by a few key parameters. As one of the only players in the market, we centralise all data to actively control the process. The result is a quality passport per product, a performance dashboard for operators and line managers, or a cost analysis per m2 of coated surface, among other things. This is all available on the central screen or in your pocket thanks to the ESTEE IoT Platform.

ESTEE assumes its social responsibility, also with regard to the use of energy and raw materials. Thanks to unique innovations, we substantially reduce the consumption of energy, powder and water. Examples include our ESTEE Energy Saving Programme (EESP); the choice of materials for our pretreatment, ovens or booths; and the use of smart energy-saving algorithms. Our story does not end when the powder coating installation is completed. This is the start! With our preventive service plan, we ensure that your installation remains safe, reliable and efficient. The core of our service plan is an extensive but clear diagnosis report with which we monitor the status of your line. This follow-up starts with commissioning and is repeated with every contact with our Customer Service team.
