As general contractor, ESTEE delivers the complete installation, from pretreatment to application. Construction starts in October 2026, opening in 2027.

Wagner systemen: custom automatic powder booth
For partner Wagner systemen in the Netherlands, ESTEE built a custom automatic booth in double-walled PVC, with cyclone, Donaldson filter and extinguishing system.
P.I.B. (Raismes): manual powder coating installation
For P.I.B. in Raismes (FR), ESTEE built a manual installation for parts up to 6.5 m, with a booth with horizontal extraction and a box oven.
CNH Industrial: new booths in Zedelgem and Croix
For CNH Industrial, ESTEE built a new manual booth in Zedelgem and converted a wet paint booth into a powder booth in Croix, in just 3 weeks.
SILAC: two Wagner IPS systems with 24 guns
ESTEE installed two Wagner IPS powder centres with 24 guns on vertical lines at SILAC: the first during the Christmas holidays, the second in summer 2023.
Skylux: a new standard in Belgium
For Skylux in Harelbeke, ESTEE built a large line with 100% electric ovens, Step&Go PP pretreatment to Qualicoat standards, Wagner PXS and UNICoater.
High-end line for aluminium profiles in Haute-Saône
In Haute-Saône (FR), ESTEE built a line for aluminium profiles: PP pretreatment to Qualimarine standards, 100% electric ovens and UNICoater.
Steelhy: manual line for parts up to 6 metres
For Steelhy near Grenoble, ESTEE built a manual line for workpieces up to 6 × 1 × 2.5 m, with a PPs booth, Wagner Sprint units, curing oven and sandblasting booth.
Measuring is knowing: how data saves energy
Three practical cases from UNICoater data: 81.8% more gas from open oven doors, 26% savings with energy recovery and a drying oven using more than the curing oven.
NanoCoat: on the cover of Besser Lackieren
For NanoCoat in Lüdinghausen, ESTEE built a line with PP pretreatment, hybrid ovens and UNICoater. The project made the cover of Besser Lackieren.
Pulsion Alu: a 33-metre pretreatment tunnel
For Pulsion Alu, ESTEE designed a powder coating line with a 33 m chemical pretreatment tunnel for aluminium gates up to 14 m long, with zero liquid discharge.
Maes Coating Service: the new manual ESTEE booth
At Maes Coating Service, ESTEE introduced its new manual booth with horizontal extraction: less energy, longer filter life and 750 lux.
Renson: 170 m tunnel, XXL ovens and two Wagner IPS
For Renson, ESTEE built a complete powder coating installation: a 170 m pretreatment tunnel, ovens with energy recovery and two Wagner IPS coating centres.
Berry Epoxy: one automatic and one manual line
For Berry Epoxy in La Châtre (FR), ESTEE delivered an automatic line with a Wagner PXE powder centre and a manual line with a box oven.
High-end powder coating line for automotive parts
A high-end line for automotive parts: 6-stage stainless steel pretreatment, 100% electric ovens and an automatic booth with 100% powder recovery.
Promerac: already the fourth ESTEE installation
For Promerac in Bailleul (FR), ESTEE built a manual line for 6 m beams: a sandblasting booth, a booth with horizontal extraction and a curing oven.

PMC Bruges: full control with its own line
PMC Bruges, part of the Pattyn Group, coats in-house with a custom ESTEE installation, with recovery of solar energy and support during start-up.
Trafiroad: one flexible line instead of five booths
After almost 40 years, Trafiroad's powder coating installation made way for a custom ESTEE line with automatic colour change, fitted into the existing hall.
VMT now powder coats in-house
Industrial supplier VMT invested in its own ESTEE powder coating installation, developed entirely around its objectives. The result: much shorter delivery times.

- First PP pretreatment tunnel in Germany
- Hybrid ovens — electricity or propane, hydrogen-ready
- Double-gate airlock — minimal temperature drop
- Heat cascade — curing-oven waste heat feeds drying oven (95°C) and pretreatment baths
- UNICoater — full digitisation, remote control via smartphone
Result: after one year — fully booked, two-shift, 15 employees, storage expanded twice.
Contour Covering Technology

- Full replacement of 35-year-old ovens in one month (mid-Dec 2023 → 1 Feb 2024)
- Hybrid — 100% gas or 100% electric, infinitely adjustable
- A-cap airlock at curing-oven entry; heat exchange between ovens and workpieces; extremely flat oven curve
Results: gas cut by a factor of 20; 200°C → 180°C; solar expansion → 100% electric, zero-emission.
